The Colonial Grotto Association meets twice yearly in an event known as a “Congress” and are numbered sequentially. Each year, one Congress is held in August, with the second Congress being held at the call of the President. The August Congress is designated as the “annual meeting” where officers are elected and installed. The second Congress is a termed the “additional meeting” where the interim business affairs of the organization are handled. In between meetings, the President and Secretary – Treasurer manage the affairs of the Association.
